SBU unmasked traitor pilot: passed data to Russia and leaked coordinates of F-16 bases

The SBU has exposed a traitor pilot: he passed data on F-16 bases and Ukrainian pilots to the Russian Federation.
The Security Service of Ukraine has detained a major of the AFU Air Force who worked for Russian military intelligence. The pilot-instructor spied in favour of the Russian Federation and passed to the enemy secret information about the locations and operations of combat aircraft, including F-16, Mirage 2000 and Su-24 fighters.
According to the SBU, the defendant served in the aviation brigade responsible for intercepting enemy missiles and drones, as well as for supporting the Ukrainian army from the air. He transmitted data to the enemy that could be used to prepare missile and drone strikes on airfields and flight personnel.
What information the agent passed on
coordinates of F-16s, Mirage 2000s and Su-24s;
flight schedules and sequences;
tactical proposals for combined strikes on airfields;
personal data of Ukrainian pilots, including flight numbers and weapons used;
peculiarities of combat use of the AFU aviation.
He used anonymous e-mail and secret chats in messengers to communicate with Russian security services. The SBU officers documented his activities and detained him when he was collecting another batch of intelligence.
The attacker is under suspicion under part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - high treason committed under martial law. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
