The enemy is trying to strengthen its positions in the Kherson region and for this, traditionally, resorts to theft, the report says.

The occupiers put into operation the cement factories, which they stole from local entrepreneurs, and are strengthening their positions. They also remove slabs from rapids for fortified areas.
