The official repeated all the Russian propaganda and called Ukrainians "Nazis".

On a Russian You-Tube show, the head of the Moscow government's culture department, Aleksandr Kibovskyy, called for killing Ukrainians in Russia's war against Ukraine

The Moscow official said that the Russian occupation army was at war in Ukraine allegedly with "Nazis" who "should have no mercy".

Further, to back up his words, he read a poem by Konstantin Simonov from 1942:

"So kill at least one.
so kill him quickly.
how many times you see him
"Kill him as many times as you see him.

The poet's son, human rights activist Alexei Simonov, commented on his father's poem. He said that his father himself had stopped reading the work because it "killed too many people"
