Kyiv military chief warns that all conscripts will be issued summonses

This was told by the head of the Kiev City Center for Acquisition and Social Support, Colonel Yuriy Maksimov. He declared:

There is a need for additional staffing, additions. We must increase our potential, build up the component. We all see that our army is confidently conducting offensive operations in certain areas. Of course, we must have a large number of personnel of the defense forces. I believe that the mobilization will continue. This is a necessity.

The Kyiv military commissar stressed that mobilization activities will continue, this is a necessity.

The summons should be awaited by all men liable for military service under the age of 60 years. That is, those who are liable for military service.
