For this, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a special decree.

The new decree cancels the conscription of Ukrainian citizens for military service in October-December 2022.

In addition, the transfer to the reserve of military personnel, which was supposed to take place in October-December 2022, has also been canceled. And it will be "not earlier than the announcement in the prescribed manner of demobilization."

It is worth recalling that on August 15, the Verkhovna Rada supported the extension of martial law in Ukraine until November 21 of this year.
