Kyiv defence commander reveals new Russian tactics

Russia does not count the human costs.
Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, commander of the Kiev group of defence forces and means in Kiev, told this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
He said that the Russians are learning from the war and changing their tactics, trying many new options.
In particular, the occupiers are moving away from the linear tactics that they used at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, when they attacked in battalion tactical groups.
Now the Russians are operating in smaller assault groups. Many new tactics are being implemented, and the enemy is testing their effectiveness. Some of them produce results, while others, on the contrary, result in huge casualties.
However, so far all the experiments of the Russian military prove only that Russia does not take into account human losses.
The military officer noted that the number of personnel brings results, it should be taken seriously.
