Iran supplies Russia with Shahed drones with which it bombards Ukraine, and the nominal leader of Belarus openly supports Russian aggression against Ukraine.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry and self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko have congratulated Ukraine on its Independence Day. Both countries have so far supported Russia in its full-scale aggression against Ukraine. For example, Tehran has been supplying Russia with drones, which Russia has been using to shell Ukrainian territory, while Belarus has allowed Russian troops to march to Ukraine's borders and attack our country from the north. Lukashenko continues to openly support the war.

Lukashenko's congratulations were published by the pro-government Belarusian Telegram channel Pool One.

He said Belarus had always treated the "cordial and hard-working people" of Ukraine with "special respect and warmth." He said the Belarusian and Ukrainian nations were allegedly united by a "common destiny" and a desire to "be friends with their neighbours." He added that they should now "speak the language of peace," and Belarus, he said, would make efforts to ensure security in the region.

Lukashenko also wished Ukrainians "peaceful skies and civil harmony" and prosperity of Ukraine.

In its turn, the Iranian Foreign Ministry published a short message on social network X greeting the "government and people" of Ukraine with Independence Day.

We would like to add that Iran initially denied sending drones to the Russians. But then it agreed that the drones had been handed over to Moscow. However, Tehran said that the drones were allegedly sent before the war.

In turn, Lukashenko is accused of involvement in the deportation of Ukrainians, particularly children. He does not admit his guilt and says that he will continue to deport Ukrainians, allegedly for "recuperation". Lukashenka also remains a supporter of Putin's ideas and even tried to threaten the world with Russian nuclear weapons.
