The Ukrainian Interior Ministry launches the Telegram channel of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances.
On the creation of a Telegram channel of the Commissioner for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
The register of missing persons under special circumstances. We strengthen communication - we launch a telegram channel of the Commissioner in this direction, - the message says.
The channel will contain key information on the search for persons, interaction with the Ministry of Defence and the Coordination Headquarters for the treatment of prisoners of war.
Our key task is to provide all the necessary information, because trust in the Register and, accordingly, the number of appeals is constantly growing, - said in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is reported that during October the Commissioner's hotline received 2199 calls - an average of 91 per day. Over the last 10 days, 792 appeals were received.
12,526 requests were processed and 11,736 extracts were issued. Of these, 88 were in respect of children.
