The IAEA is consulting because of the seizure of Zaporizhzhya NPP by Russia

This week, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, is in Kyiv and is negotiating here.
This is stated in a statement by IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.
The Director General of the organization will hold consultations with the relevant authorities in connection with reports that Russia plans to oversee the operation of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in Ukraine.

In Russia, he will continue negotiations aimed at agreeing and introducing a nuclear and security zone around the Zaporizhzhya NPP
