GUR: Russia has begun using an untouchable strategic stockpile of all types of missiles

Missile resupply is a problematic issue for the Russian Federation.
Vadim Skibitsky, a representative of the Ministry of Defense, said that according to the normative documents, the strategic stockpile of missiles must be 30% of the total stockpile:
"They have already passed this reserve for all kinds of missiles: for Iskander, for Kalibr, for Kh-101, for Kh-555. So they already have less than 30% of the stockpile. This shows that the real problem for them is to replenish their stocks.
Skibitsky also told why the Russian Federation does not use hypersonic rockets "Dagger" for firing:
Firstly, this is a new type of weapon. They have a problem with their carrier aircraft, the MiG-31. We saw an incident that happened in Belarus - one of them had an engine fire. Besides, they don't have that many "Kinzhals". If they shoot them too, then there will simply be nothing to scare the world with. "Kinzhals" they now use to demonstrate and intimidate that they have a weapon that nobody can shoot down. Accordingly, with this they maintain tension about the possibility of using this weapon not only against us but also against other European countries.
The SMM representative also spoke about a possible new approach of the Russian Federation to shelling Ukraine:
They will now try new approaches. If they don't have enough missiles for a mass raid, they will combine both high-precision missiles, X-22, S-300 - especially in frontline areas, and kamikaze drones.
Skibitsky subliminally said that Russia is now preparing missiles for the next massive strike.
