He recalled that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken noted the strategic defeat of the Russian Federation during his visit to Ukraine.
The State Department spokesman stressed that the US position is clear that Ukraine's victory means Russia's defeat in the war.
I think our position - who we want to see as the winner in this war and who we want to see as the defeated - has remained quite clear for more than two years," Miller noted.
Earlier, Socialportal reported that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine's Western partners were afraid of Russia losing the war because "unpredictable geopolitics" might emerge.
