Fake about Zaluzhny's "secret sign" is spread by Russian Federation propaganda

Russian propaganda is spreading a fake photo of former AFU Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyy in which he allegedly gives an encrypted signal "to action". This was reported by the SPRAVDI Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security on 18 February.

This is an enemy photomontage," the Centre said in a statement.

To create the fake, the Kremlin's propaganda edited the original photo from the Ukrainian president's social networks dated 8 February, which shows Zelensky and Zaluzhny shaking hands.

It is stressed that the spreading of the fake photo is a futile attempt by the Russian Federation to slander the Ukrainian general.
