about author To protect yourself against losing your employment history, you have to digitise it yourself. This is because the Pension Fund has only been storing your employment history electronically since 2004.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFR) reminds you of this.
You can save your employment history on your own using the Pension Fund's e-services web portal.
To do this you should:
- Log in to your personal account on the Pension Fund web portal using a qualified electronic signature (CEP).
- In the section "Pension Fund Communications" select the item "Information on Labour Relations".
- Check the information and agree to the transfer and processing of personal data.
- Upload scanned copies of paper documents on your employment history and employment history (button "Add file").
Requirements for document copies:
- The image should be colour, clear and contain all details of the document.
- Pages should be loaded in chronological order.
- The format of the scanned copy should be jpg or pdf.
- File size should not exceed 1 MB.
