Death toll in Dnipro rises

As of 7:00 am on 15 January, almost 3,500 tonnes of rubble had been removed.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, said:
Destroyed: 2 entrances from 9 to 2 floors (72 flats destroyed and more than 230 damaged).
About 3,450 tonnes of destroyed structures and 39 damaged vehicles removed.
A three-day mourning period for the dead has been declared in the city because of the rocket attack on the apartment building.
