Some German politicians advocate giving Ukraine German cruise missiles

The German opposition is in favour of handing over cruise missiles with a range of up to 500 km to Ukraine.
This was said by Roderich Kiesewetter of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), which opposes the Schlitz government, in an interview with Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland(RND).
Roderich Kiesewetter is in favour of Ukraine receiving Taurus cruise missiles.
He stated:
Ukraine's partners should go all-in and provide Ukraine with everything it can use in the fight against linked weapons, and what is allowed under international law.
Taurus have a range of up to 500 kilometres and according to the opposition spokesman there should be no red lines on this issue.
According to Kiesewetter, Germany bought these missiles 10 years ago. And today only 150 out of 600 purchased missiles are in readiness. Therefore it would be more reasonable to hand them over to Ukraine.
