Budanov talks about the possibility of an "all-for-all" exchange
Ukraine continues to work on the return of defenders from Russian captivity and is negotiating an all-for-all exchange.
The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Defence Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Ukraine and Russia are already close to this goal.
This is an unprecedented case in the world history. No one has ever done such a thing. All exchanges take place at the end of hostilities and in no way during them," the head of the State Security Service of Ukraine said.
Budanov also noted that more than 2,200 people had been released from Russian captivity so far.
We shall remind you that the extreme exchange of prisoners of war took place on 16 April. A total of 130 defenders returned home.
