British Intelligence Service reveals what Putin will talk about in his address to the Russians on 21 February


Before the anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin is set to address the Federal Assembly.
Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin intends to address the Federal Assembly, Russians on the eve of the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine. One of the topics may be cash payments to the mobilized and their families, the UK Ministry of Defence has said on Twitter.
Analysts point out that Andrey Turchak, leader of the Russian parliamentary group dealing with the so-called "special military operation" in Ukraine, said on 16 February 2023 that the group had submitted a report to Russian President Putin.
According to British intelligence, the report is likely to cover issues such as social support for the mobilised and their families.
This is likely to become more of an issue if there is any further mobilisation (explicit or implicit). Putin may well raise these issues in his address to the nation on 21 February 2023," the report said.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian intelligence agency did not rule out. that Putin would use the start date of the war to announce a new wave of mobilization among Russians.
