British Intelligence: Tensions rise between members of Russia's top ranks

Various groups in the Russian military continue to criticise each other for failures in Ukraine.
This is stated in a regular British intelligence report.
The British agency believes that due to military setbacks in Ukraine, tensions between different groups of the Russian military are only increasing.
Against this backdrop, there have already been rumours that the head of the Russian General Staff, Valeriy Gerasimov, has been dismissed. British intelligence has so far been unable to confirm or deny this information.
The report also mentions terrorist Igor Girkin-Strelkov, who has recently started openly criticising the Russian military leadership. British intelligence believes that criticism from Girkin is one reflection of a tense debate among the Russian military in general about how the war is being conducted.
