Belarus checks response forces

According to the press service of the country's defense department, the events started on May 4.

A sudden check of the reaction forces has begun in the Armed Forces of Belarus, during which military units and subunits will have to work out the issues of putting on alert, marching to designated areas and performing combat training tasks, the statement says.

It is noted that the verification of the reaction forces of the Armed Forces "does not pose a threat to either neighboring states or the European community as a whole."
