Armed Forces of Ukraine may liberate Kupyansk in three days

Ukrainian defenders continue shelling Russian supply routes, command posts and ammunition depots in the Kherson region.
This is what experts at the Institute for the Study of War say.
Ukrainian forces in a counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region on September 8 advanced 20 kilometers from the main Russian rear hub in Kupyansk. Ukrainian forces are likely to capture Kupyansk within the next 72 hours, seriously degrading, but not completely severing, Russian land lines of communication (GLOC) with Izyum, they say.
ISW analysts note that Ukraine's successes on the Kharkiv-Izyum line "create cracks in the Russian information space and undermine confidence in the Russian command" to the extent that has not been seen since the unsuccessful Russian crossing of the Seversky Donets River in Belogorivka (Luhansk region) in mid-May.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian defenders continue shelling Russian supply routes, command posts and ammunition depots in the Kherson region.
