The evacuation of children in Kharkiv Region continues. At the moment, about 200 children remain in dangerous areas.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk on the air of the telethon, Ukrinform reports.
About Kharkiv region. The regional military administration appealed to us on the forced evacuation of 275 children. Of these, 79 children have already been evacuated by their own forces. There are still about 200 children who need to be taken away," Vereshchuk said.
According to the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov, 73 children have been evacuated from Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region in recent days.
Sinegubov noted an increase in the intensity of enemy shelling of civilian objects in Kupyansk region. Therefore, residents of the region are urged to heed the recommendations and evacuate. People are provided with housing and humanitarian aid in safe regions.
