During the shelling of the training center in Desna, 87 people were killed.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky during a speech at a forum in Davos on May 23.

Today we have finished work in Desna. Unfortunately, 87 victims were found under the rubble there. 87 killed," the head of state said.

Recall that on May 17, Russian troops fired four missiles at the village of Desna, and the training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was damaged.

Earlier it was reported about 11 dead and 14 injured.
