As of now, Odessa, Zaporizhzhya, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Volyn, Kiev, Rivne, Cherkasy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Vinnytsya regions, as well as Kiev have already been connected to electricity.

In Kiev, 25% of consumers are currently without power supply.
