US President Joe Biden will hold two meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the coming days - in France on the anniversary of the Normandy landings and at the G7 summit in Italy. This was reported by the adviser to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan.
In Normandy, Biden will have the opportunity to meet with President Zelensky and discuss with him the situation in Ukraine and how we can deepen our support for Ukraine. He will also be able to meet with President Zelensky again in a few days on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Italy," Sullivan said.
US President Joe Biden flew to France on 4 June, where he will take part in commemorative events to mark the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy and hold talks with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Earlier, Socialportal reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will attend the G-7 summit in Italy on 13-15 June either in person or online.
