Zelensky dismissed Trump's remarks in which he compared him to Putin, calling them "two fighting children"

Donald Trump called Russia's war against Ukraine a crazy fight between two little kids.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has rejected the words of US leader Donald Trump, who compared the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to "two fighting children". Zelensky said in an interview with ABC television channel.
We are not children fighting on the playground in the park. Putin is a murderer who came to this park to kill children," the Ukrainian president emphasised.
Zelensky also spoke about the deep pain of a Ukrainian father who lost his wife and three children in a rocket attack (Yaroslav Bazilevich, whose family was killed last September when Lviv was shelled - rad.).
Every morning he wakes up and looks for his family all over the flat... He still thinks it was a terrible dream," Zelensky relayed the man's words.
The Ukrainian president said that Trump and all those who are not in Ukraine cannot fully feel and understand such pain.
This is not only about Trump, but about any person who is far from Ukraine - they are not able to fully feel this tragedy, - said Zelensky.
We will remind, earlier Donald Trump at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz compared the conflict between Ukraine and Russia to "two fighting children" and said: "Sometimes it's better to let them fight a little bit and then stretch them out".
