Forcing soldiers to build a house: the court chose a preventive measure for the military commander

The court has chosen a measure of restraint for the head of one of the departments of the Uzhhorod district territorial centre of acquisition and support. The military officer will be in custody with the right to make 800 thousand UAH bail.

As established by employees of the DBI, since the beginning of March 2023 on his order soldiers instead of service carried out construction work on his estate, - recalled in the Bureau of investigations

Earlier, the military commander was suspended from duty and reported on suspicion of abuse of authority (part 5 of article 426-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 12 years.
