A military commander from Donetschyna will be tried for forging documents

The pre-trial investigation against the attackers has been completed and the indictment has been sent to court.

This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.

An acquaintance of the military commander was searching for men who wanted to leave Ukraine for money. For registration of fictitious certificates, copies of documents of evaders via messenger were transferred to the military officer, who made fictitious temporary certificates and certificates of the military medical Commission, - stated in the message.

The forged documents stated that the person was unfit for military service. The cost of documents for one person was 20 thousand hryvnias.

Employees of the DBI recorded several facts of issuance of fictitious documents.

Themilitary commander and his accomplice are accused of receiving undue benefit by prior agreement by a group of persons (part 3 of article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They face up to 10 years in prison.
