The Russian invaders created more than 6 thousand kilometres of engineering fortification structures. Most of them on the territory of Zaporizhzhya region.

According to satellite images, the most fortified areas are Zaporizhzhya region - 1,869 km, and Donetsk region - 1,865 km.

In addition, in the Luhansk region, the enemy has created 1,140 kilometres of fortifications. Many fortifications occupants urgently added on the heights behind the river Red in anticipation of a counter-offensive.
In the Kherson region 886 kilometres of fortifications were recorded. Most of them are along the Dnieper - from Novaya Kakhovka to Geroyskoye. The approaches to the Crimean Isthmus are also fortified, while in Crimea itself there are only 265 kilometres of fortifications.
