A Day of Mourning has been declared in Zaporizhzhya on Saturday, 7 December, due to yesterday's Russian shelling. This was informed by the head of the OBA Ivan Fedorov.

The terrorist attack on the service station the day before claimed the lives of 10 people, 8 of whom died in cars. Among the 24 injured are three children: a four-month-old infant, a 4-year-old and an 11-year-old. 12 people remain in hospitals.

As informed rescuers, about midnight rescuers completed emergency rescue work in the city. The State Emergency Service liquidated the fire in the premises of the service station on the area of 250 square metres, as well as the fire of cars on the area of 30 square metres. 8 units of equipment and more than 30 rescuers were involved.

Yesterday, the Russian army struck Zaporizhzhya, hitting a service station. Several vehicles caught fire after the explosion. Ten people were killed.
