Zaluzhnyi named the main goals of the AFU at the front

Ukraine continues to advance in the southern and eastern directions.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny held telephone conversations with the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, and reported on the key tasks of the Ukrainian army. This is stated in the Telegram of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
So, according to him, the most important tasks at the front for the Ukrainian army are:
- liberate the occupied territories,
- prevent the enemy from capturing new areas,
- to ensure the protection of critical infrastructure facilities of our state by means of air defense and anti-missile defense,
- to continue the formation and training of reserves for the conduct of future hostilities.
At the same time, Zaluzhny informed Milli that the invaders were not successful on the battlefield, despite the absolute fire advantage and the increase in the number of troops:
Thanks to the courage and professionalism of Ukrainian soldiers and officers, our lines remain unchanged, and the defensive operation is carried out successfully in accordance with the plan.
Recall that the last time Zaluzhny spoke with Milli was on October 25. Then the commander-in-chief assured that Russian accusations about Ukraine's plans to use a "dirty bomb" were disinformation.
