By the end of 2024, Ukraine has attracted significant international support through the World Bank's URTF fund.

According to the Ministry of Finance, donor contributions to the fund have reached $2 billion, of which $1.2 billion has already been mobilised. These funds have become an important resource for the country's recovery and have leveraged an additional $6.2 billion for rehabilitation, reconstruction and reforms.

To date, projects financed through the URTF have reached some 20 million Ukrainians. Tangible results have been achieved through the various areas of assistance:

- More than 87,000 households received compensation to repair war-damaged housing, supporting some 200,000 people (HOPE project);

- Electricity and heating services were restored to 3.5 million and 1.5 million residents respectively through the supply of critical equipment (RePoWER project);

- In the health sector, 6.3 million people received mental health services and medical check-ups, 5.2 million children were vaccinated, and 473 thousand Ukrainians were rehabilitated (HEAL project);

- 33 thousand farmers gained access to concessional financing to support the agribusiness sector (ARISE project);

- 13 million people received timely social payments to support public services (PEACE project);

- 380,000 schoolchildren benefited from improved educational opportunities and 12,000 children in remote regions were provided with free transport (LEARN project).

Funding through the URTF has been a key component of Ukraine's reconstruction and support to citizens in the midst of a full-scale war.
