Entry 2023: Identified specialities that will have special support

The Ministry of Education and Research has approved a list of specialties that will receive special support during the 2023 entrance campaign.
This was reported by the portal Osvita.ua.
It is noted that a special feature of admission to the specialties that receive special support from the state is that one can be enrolled in them on a contractual basis without the results of external examinations (NFT, EVI, EFOV).
This year, the list includes 61 specialities.
It will be possible to enter these specialties on a contract basis on the basis of full general secondary education, a vocational associate degree following an interview or a review of letters of motivation by the educational institution.
The results of a professional examination or review of letters of motivation may be used for admission to a Master's degree contract.
Also, an industry coefficient of 1.02 will be applied for admission to the state-financed study programme for these specialties.
The sector coefficient will be used to support entrants with priority selection (first and second priority) of one of the specialties to which special support is provided.
