All NPPs of Ukraine are transferred by the World Organization of NPP Operators to the Paris Center

This was reported by the press service of Energoatom .

The decision was made at the request of SE "NAEC "Energoatom".

The following are being transferred to the WANO Paris Center:

• Zaporozhye NPP (6 VVER-1000 units),
• Rivne NPP (2 VVER-440 units, 2 VVER-1000 units),
• South Ukrainian NPP (3 VVER-1000 units),
• Khmelnitsky NPP (2 VVER-1000 units).

Until that time, all Ukrainian NPPs were part of the WANO Moscow Center since the establishment of the organization in 1989.
