Russian Federation kills five children in strike on Uman - Interior Ministry


Clearing the rubble of a house in Uman is still ongoing.
The process of identifying the bodies of the dead in Uman has revealed that a Russian missile strike on a residential apartment block killed five children, not four as previously thought. This was announced by Interior Minister Igor Klimenko on Saturday morning, April 29.
Among the dead children, there were two boys, aged 18 months and 16 years, and three girls, aged 8, 11 and 14 years.
The search operation is continuing. One woman is believed to be missing.
We shall remind you that on 28 April, during an air alert, the Russians hit a nine-storey residential building in Uman with a cruise missile. So far 23 people are known to have died, another 18 people were injured and 17 were rescued.
