During martial law, the military is prohibited from recovering overdue debts.


UNIAN writes about it.

The deputies decided to protect Ukrainian soldiers and their families from a painful financial burden.

More than 300 people's deputies voted for the adoption of the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" on the Settlement of Overdue Debts for the Period of the Military State of Emergency" (No. 7414).

This applies not only to the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also to other military formations and law enforcement agencies for special purposes.
