Cultural and arts institutions will gradually start working in Ukraine from April 1

In Ukraine, institutions of culture and arts will gradually start working from April 1.
This was reported by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.
Art is not only an invisible bridge that combines reality and the world of fantasy, but also a real cure for spiritual wounds. Their Ukrainians received so many that it is impossible to count. Therefore, artists are ready to work non-stop to alleviate the suffering of people from the horrors of war, give positive emotions to adults and children, as well as revive hope and faith in a better future, - said the head of the ministry Alexander Tkachenko.
It is reported that each cultural institution will prepare its own program and work according to its own schedule.
Events in institutions of culture and arts will take place taking into account the requirements of martial law. In the event of an air raid, all spectators must go to the shelter, which is located in the institution.
At the entrance, a surface inspection may be carried out to identify items whose circulation is prohibited or restricted, or poses a threat to human life or health.
