The State Emergency Service of Ukraine is entering the active phase of demining the liberated Ukrainian territories. This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevgeny Enin on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon.

Today, according to the estimates of the State Emergency Service, as a result of Russian shelling in Ukraine, the total area of contamination with explosive objects is 300 thousand square meters. km. Since February 24, the State Emergency Service units have neutralized more than 300 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb. About 14 hectares of territories have been cleared, - Yevgeny Enin said.

He also named the most explosively contaminated areas of the capital.

Currently, certain areas of the capital are suffering from single hits by Russian aircraft and artillery. Such areas as Obolon and Vinogradar, according to our experts, are the most polluted, - said Yevgeny Enin.
