A drone attacked an administration building in Russia

Russian authorities blame Ukraine for the attack.
This was reported by the local authorities of the Bryansk Region of the Russian Federation.
According to the governor of Russia's Bryansk Region, Aleksandr Bogomaz, a drone fired at an administrative building in the town of Starodub.
Russian media say the admin building was a military recruitment office.
Bogomaz believes it was a Ukrainian drone. But he did not provide any evidence.
No one was injured as a result of the UAV attack.
