The Ukrainian site "I want to live" was blocked by Roskomnadzor by decision of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office.
“I want to live” is a state project of Ukraine, a website that accepts appeals from Russian military personnel regarding surrender. The project guarantees compliance with the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of prisoners of war.
The blocking of the site is reported by the Russian media.
According to Russian Mass Media, access to the resource's domain was blocked on Sunday at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation:
The project was blocked twice... The first time was by a "mask" when access to all domains and subdomains was restricted, the second was just the entire site.
According to Russian media, the decision to block was made on September 11, and the blocking came into force on September 16.
