The barracks housed several hundred to a thousand Russian soldiers.
There is a fire in a barracks in Sovetskiy settlement in temporarily occupied Crimea near Yalta, where mobilized Russian military personnel are housed. There are dead and wounded, local Telegram channels have reported.

The fire in the barracks broke out at around 6am on 10 December. There were at least a few hundred mobilised Russians there.
It is worth noting that the settlement is 230km from Kherson in a straight line.
