Putin intends to address the Federal Assembly on 21 February, the eve of the anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin will talk about a "special military operation" in his address to the Russian Federal Assembly scheduled for 21 February, Putin's spokesman Dmitriy Peskov said, Russian propaganda media have said.

He noted that the invasion of Ukraine would be the focus of much of Putin's speech.

Our whole life - it is now revolving around the subject of the SSO. And a special military operation in one way or another affects our whole life, affects life on the continent. So, of course, we should expect the president to devote a lot of attention to it," the Kremlin spokesman said.

It is known that the Russian Federation is preparing to "meet the invasion date". Thus, a concert is being prepared in Luzhniki in Moscow on February 22 which Putin is expected to attend.

We note that experts believe that Putin during the address may also threaten the world with nuclear weapons, as well as announce a new wave of mobilization.
