The only hotline number is to find out which social services are available in the capital and to complain about the quality of these services.



This is reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.

By calling the hotline you can find out

  • explanation of the order and conditions of providing social services by territorial centres (home care, palliative care, social adaptation, counseling, day care, natural assistance, transportation services, representation of interests, physical support of persons with disabilities, with impaired mobility and wheelchair, with intellectual, sensory, physical, motor, mental and behavioral disorders, etc.)
  • an explanation on how to apply for social services and a list of necessary documents;
  • information about getting assistance according to the city special purpose programme "Care. Towards Kievites" - food packages, personal hygiene products (nappies, diapers, urological pads), detergent sets, disposable material assistance, rehabilitation equipment (sticks, crutches, wheelchairs, wheelchairs, walkers, anti-bedsore mattresses etc.);
  • information on obtaining rehabilitation services for children and persons with disabilities;
  • information on receipt of social work services;
  • contact information for social services.
