At the request of the police, the driver refused to undergo an examination for alcohol intoxication, the department said.

The violator turned out to be a 45-year-old man who had already been brought to administrative responsibility for driving while intoxicated.

The violator actively supports the occupiers and claimed that after the capture of the entire territory of Ukraine, the Russians would put things right.
