In Kyiv, the head of the VLK is suspected of forging certificates of unfitness for military service

The official, who held the position of Chairman of the military medical Commission of one of the district in Kiev territorial centres of manning and social support, moonlighted certificates of unfitness for military service. For this the attacker demanded 10 thousand US dollars from one person.

It is established that he was an accomplice of the head of one of the departments of the headquarters of the command of the Army of the AFU and the head of the Goloseevsky district Territorial Centre of staffing and social support, which the Bureau exposed on a large-scale corruption scheme of sending abroad citizens of draft age in early August 2023, - stated in the message.

The participants of the "scheme" acted according to the developed algorithm. In particular, the head of the VLK produced a package of fictitious documents for the men, after which he handed them over to his accomplices. Law enforcement officers have documented several similar cases of issuance of forged documents.

The SBI reported the suspicion of official forgery (Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to the head of the VLK. He faces up to 9 years in prison.

It is noted that during the transfer of documents granting the right to leave Ukraine to three persons, was detained the organiser of the scheme - the head of one of the departments of the headquarters of the command of the Army of the AFU DBR. His accomplice, the head of the Goloseyevskyy military enlistment office, was also detained.
