- Ecocide in Kherson region leaves more than 300 missing

More than 300 missing persons have been recorded as a result of the ecocide in Kherson region. Ukraine has managed to locate more than 200 of the missing.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration.
The Ombudsman's missing persons hotline continues to receive calls about missing people with whom contact was lost due to the Russian terrorist act at the Kakhovska hydroelectric power plant. Currently, the call centre has received 311 appeals," it was reported.
It is noted that the majority (90%) of reports of missing persons concern people who live in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.
To date, 202 residents of the Kherson region have been located. There are still 109 people reported missing.

Earlier Szportal reported that residents of Kherson region began to return to their homes after the flooding. However, the danger remains, for example, the Russians shelled residential areas of Kherson once again today.
