During the hostilities in the area, a power line was interrupted.

Due to a blackout in the Donetsk region in Toretsk, 115 miners got stuck underground. Pavel Kirilenko, chairman of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced this on his Telegram channel.

According to him, due to the fact that during the hostilities the Bakhmut and Kramatorsk regions were left without electricity, 115 people at the Tsentralnaya mine and three more at the Toretskaya mine cannot rise to the surface.

According to Kirilenko, the central electrical substation of NPC Ukrenergo in the Toretsk region has been de-energized, and because of this, settlements in the Bakhmut and Kramatorsk districts were left without power.

Emergency protection worked on the 330 kV main power line - the Central Electricity Substation of NEK Ukrenergo in the Toretsk region was de-energized and, as a result, the settlements of the Bakhmut and Kramatorsk regions, - said the chairman of the OVA.

He also added that restoration work has already begun and it is necessary to eliminate wire breaks in two dozen places.

Kirilenko added that due to a power outage, the water supply from filter stations No. 1 and No. 2 of the Second Donetsk water pipeline was stopped - Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Druzhkovka, Konstantinovka, Toretsk and adjacent settlements were without water.
