The property in the Jablonna forestry near Warsaw was leased by the Russian government 40 years ago.

The Polish State Forest Guard has leased the center, which was previously rented by the Embassy of the Russian Federation. TVN24 wrote about this with reference to the Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment of Poland, Eduard Siark.

Michal Gzowski, speaker of the Polish Gosleses, said:

The center is completely empty. The Russians destroyed everything, even pulled out the cables from the walls.

It is also reported that in the center, which was rented by Russia, the windows are broken, the floor is rotten and the roofs have collapsed. In addition, cables were pulled out of the walls.

The contract with the Russian department was terminated back in April 2022 due to a large debt from the Russian embassy.
