Ukraine will receive a non-refundable tranche of $4.5 billion


The money should be allocated by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association.

The money, in the form of a $4.5 billion grant, will be attracted from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association. The financial support will be used to finance the project "Public Expenditure Support to Ensure Sustainable Public Administration in Ukraine."
The Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and the State Emergency Service are instructed to ensure the proper use of these funds.
The International Development Association will act as administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund to co-finance the Public Expenditure Support for Sustainable Public Administration in Ukraine project.
