Ukraine has put a third of Russia's Black Sea Fleet out of service

Since the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion, Ukraine has put about a third of the ships of its Black Sea Fleet out of service. This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Strategic Communications Directorate (StratCom) on 6 February.
