U.S. General named the terms of liberation of Crimea

The general claims that the armed forces of Ukraine are capable of de-occupying the territories occupied by the Russians after February 24 this year.
The former commander of US forces in Europe and retired US Army General Ben Hodges said this on the YouTube channel Feygin Live.
I believe that the Ukrainian troops will withdraw the occupying Russian troops to the February 23 line within two months. And they will liberate Crimea by the summer of 2023. Provided that the United States continues to support Ukraine and all sanctions against Russia remain as they are.
He also noted that the armed forces of Ukraine are capable of de-occupying the territories occupied by the Russians after February 24 this year. He believes that the Russians have failed in all their tasks and have not achieved any strategic goal.
Ben Hodges says that the whole escalation that Putin is now implementing is aimed at prolonging the conflict. By dragging out the conflict, the Russians want to convince allies, including the United States, to persuade Ukraine to make concessions.
